B&S Metallbe- und -verarbeitungs GmbH was founded in 1993 in Zwönitz in the Erzgebirge region of Germany and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSC Schwörer GmbH. In 2001, the medium-sized enterprise moved to the new location in the "Am Windberg" industrial estate, which has been continuously expanded and developed ever since.
On a plot of land of approx. 22,000 m² and a production area of 8,500 m², around 100 skilled workers operate more than 60 state-of-the-art CNC machines in a multi-shift system.
For customers in Germany and Europe, the Saxon company produces CNC precision products in contract and in-house manufacturing. The manufacturing processes used are turning, milling, gear cutting, slotting and broaching. An additional focus of our company is the assembly of subassemblies/modules according to customer specifications.
